AYANA & RIMBA Add Extra Ho Ho Ho to the Holidays!!

On Saturday 14 December, the AYANA Family invited guests to participate in their fun festive activities including fruit soaking and family games, as well as the resort’s famous annual tree lighting ceremony.

Held at RIMBA Jimbaran BALI by AYANA, the family activities began with cookie decorating for kids, while the resort’s chefs invited gleeful parents to participate in the important blending of diced fruits with white spirits to make the key ingredient for the AYANA Christmas cake!

The merry afternoon activities extended to Festive Afternoon Tea served in Orchid, the resort's stunningly beautiful glasshouse, alongside children’s games held on RIMBA Lawn. From traditional sack racing and cookie eating competitions, to playing Santa Piñata – an energetic afternoon was had by all.
Set against the most spectacular backdrop of a golden sunset, the magic of the Christmas holidays continued into the evening with celebrations at RIMBA West Lobby. The annual tree lighting event is regarded as one of the most memorable moments throughout December, and this year both children and grown-ups were charmed by a special debut from Santa and his elves arriving by sleigh.

The centerpiece of the lobby was of course AYANA’s enchanting Christmas tree. The festive installation is inspired by AYANA’s unique festive theme that puts sea and sun into the #FestiveSeaSun. Decorated with boat oars, anchors and oceanic themed baubles, the tree is a distinctive azure delight.

Next to the tree sat a display of thoughtfully wrapped gifts. These special parcels were a ‘thank you’ to the Children of AYANA’s local orphanage - Panti Asuhan Wisma Harapan Dalung – for their perfect choir performance.
