Triple Celebration: Holi, Anniversary, and International Women's Day 2023
Hey there!
I hope this blog post finds you well. Let me tell you about my amazing Holi celebration this year, which was triple the fun since it coincided with my marriage anniversary and International Women's Day.
The festivities began a day before with my mom cooking mouth-watering delicacies. On the day of Holi, I had to work from home, so I decided to take my laptop outside in the balcony to witness the celebration happening in our society's fountain and community center. The view was perfect, and I could hear the DJ playing some amazing music.
Although I couldn't actively participate in the celebration, I enjoyed watching the kids playing with colors and water guns, and the grown-ups dancing to the beats of Bollywood, Punjabi, English, and even Himachali songs. The atmosphere was truly infectious, and I found myself grooving to the music.
The celebration lasted from 9 am till 2 pm, after which we enjoyed a delicious lunch of chole bhature, organized by the society's RWA members. It was great to see everyone come together and celebrate this festival of colors.
Holi is the day to express love with colors. It is a time to show affection.Holi is the time to unwind, de-stress and bond with sweets, thandai and colors.Let the colors spread the message of peace and happiness.
My favorite part of the day was spending time with my family and creating memories that I will cherish forever. It was the perfect way to celebrate my marriage anniversary and International Women's Day, and I couldn't have asked for a better day.

Overall, this Holi celebration was a triple treat and a day to remember. It was the perfect mix of fun, food, and family. I hope your Holi was just as amazing as mine.
Cheers,
Kimi
